Can i sell LLC percentage without losing control?
Asked onWednesday, March 01, 2023 by TonyI'm the managing member of an LLC with 50.5% ownership. If I sell a portion of my percentage, can I still maintain controlling interest? I may understand terminology incorrectly, but I read that I can do that by selling to a passive member with no voting rights - they only benefit from the profit percentage. Is that correct, or can you enlighten me, please?

Inherited Home

I sold the property in June of 2022. What do I need in order to file my taxes this year. I was told that a comparison market analysis would work, but just wanted to make sure I have everything before I go in.
