Do I need to file? On SSD and got 2 small annuities made under $25,000 total.

I'm on Social security disability. I got $17,376 last year. My mom also passed last year and left me 2 small annuities which combined with the $17,376 x 50% is less than $25,000 but one of the annuities is in MN. What do I do?

Can i sell LLC percentage without losing control?

I'm the managing member of an LLC with 50.5% ownership. If I sell a portion of my percentage, can I still maintain controlling interest? I may understand terminology incorrectly, but I read that I can do that by selling to a passive member with no voting rights - they only benefit from the profit percentage. Is that correct, or can you enlighten me, please?
