Quarterly Payments with a 1099 Spouse

I am a W-2 employee, my spouse is a 1099-NEC and has a second W-2 job. Our W-2 employers withhold state and federal taxes. In the past, I have filed as married, jointly. I handle all of our finances. Do I need to make quarterly payments on all of our income, or just the 1099-NEC income? Thanks for your help.

Premium tax credit/Expenses

I have been separated from my husband since June of last year due to him being on drugs/emotional abuse. I'm filing my taxes online as married filing separate and when I entered our marketplace insurance info, there is a question asking about domestic abuse for a premium tax credit. If I check this box, which I'm understanding to be true from what I read, will this get him in any kind of trouble? Also, I am a real estate appraiser trainee and I work for a company as an employee. I drive many miles to measure and take photos of houses. Is there any way to claim any of those expenses as an employee?

Does extended tax deadline apply to my offer-in-compromise requirement?

Question: I have an offer-in-compromise with the IRS; the agreement requires that I pay my taxes on time for five years after the offer was accepted. This is year five, and I'm coming up short, but I see that the IRS has extended the deadline to October 16 for people in my county due to disasters this past year (https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-provides-tax-relief-for-victims-of-severe-winter-storms-flooding-landslides-and-mudslides-in-california). Am I safe to file later (after Apr 18, before Oct 16) without defaulting on my offer-in-compromise agreement?

Question about forex trading taxes

I have a trading platform that tells me after I made a profit of around 9000 Dollars that I cannot withdraw my funds until I pay my taxes. The platform froze my account and says they're in compliance with the IRS. That a first time profit over 5000 Dollars required me to pay 28% on my profit in taxes before they release my funds. Is this true or a scam.?
