Innocent spouse relief

When my husband and I filed our 2024 joint tax return, we owed about $11,000 because he didn’t withhold enough federal taxes from an inherited IRA withdrawal. We’re now divorcing, and I want this debt removed from my name. Would Innocent Spouse Relief apply, and is it still an option this long after filing?
