Sam Alame CPA manages both our personal and corporate taxes and the quality of service has been superb. He helped up setup our multi LLCs in Texas at 50% less than what other CPAs or legal zoom would charge. He never asks to be paid upfront, except filings fees he has to incur, like application fees. Prompt, professional and best value. Highly recommend to anyone who needs an accountant.
