Very disappointed. Ms. Sowell was personable and friendly but unreliable. Didn't send email she promised. Didn't keep the date she promised for tax returns. After calling her 6 times and leaving voice mails, we finally left a note with her son and she called us back. Still had not started our return after having all paperwork for 30+ days. We asked for tax records back and she charged us $75. Do not recommend.
