If I could provide 0 stars I would. Keiko was extremely unprofessional with her exchanges with me. She did not spend time to explain any of my concerns when asked and demanded me to keep my questions brief, stating that taxes are just "automatically inputted" and to question my employers. Not only did she not help with my concerns, she was rude in her emails back to me. She charges above market price but provides less quality service than a free online tool. I do not recommend anyone to use her services.
