Stephen has been our CPA for a few years and every year I keep telling myself, "this is the last year" because he is always, always late, either last minute deadline or filing extensions. This year, we are a month past filing and he "filed an extension for us." I need the returns finished and done to move on with an urgent loan, and I have no response from him. He works out of a firm, Kohler and Associates, and they never step up to fill in for him when these situations happen. I am in the dark, as a business owner, how much I need to set aside for estimated taxes, etc. I am beside myself at how unprofessional this treatment of me has been. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this person as a CPA. I'm trying to get my return filed and I hope this prompts some action.
