We had contracted with Otwan Lowery (OJLowery, LLC) to take care of our company, he did the Delaware franchise tax and Form 1120 for us then disappeared completely. He does not respond to emails or calls. Now we do not know if I send the form 1120 to IRS. He is the worst CPA to be our first time we require this service. Regards, Pavel
