Susan prepared our return in early February. We contacted her in April when we recognized that we still had not received our refund and requested a digital copy of our return. Eight months later, we still have no further information, no refund, and no copy of our return. Susan will not return any of our numerous phone calls. She has returned (2) emails in the past eight months - each time promising to follow up with us on another time. These responses have never materialized. I cannot recommend avoiding Susan Cornwall more strongly.
