Elaine doesn't appear to be able to properly calculate capital gains without an online workbook and is not aware of what expenses can be deducted when calculating capital gains on the sale of an investment property. She gave incorrect information to one of my clients and when confronted with her errors she just cut off communications. I will not be using her services anymore and will not refer her to my friends and clients. I will also have another accountant review the prior tax returns she prepared for me for errors.
