This lady is the rudest, and most unpleasant person to deal with. She'll hang up on you if you annoy her with questions, it's like she has a hard time dealing with people doing her actual job. Why do it if people simply asking question is going to annoy you enough to rudely hang up on them repeatedly. She's also not on top of things, maybe getting a bit too old to handle the numbers. I'd go to Nora only if you wanna be audited.
