custodial saving account (UGMA) account tax
I opened a custodial saving account (UGMA) account for my 9 years old daughter. I have two questions? 1- Can I file taxes under the minor name? 2- Can the tax owed on income generated within a custodial account be paid from the same account? or simply the account pay for itself, so i don't need to report it under my annual tax return.
