No one ever answers the phone here. They don't return calls or answer emails in a timely manner if at all. The office manager is the worst offender. They had done my income taxes where time is of the essence when it comes to the filing date...but they felt no urgency to handle my problem and communicate with me when my return was lost in the mail. When I brought all of these issues up to management, they said they reviewed the office managers written communication with me and her notes contradict my complaints of her not being responsive. Well of course they do. So they basically called me a liar....very professional!!!
