I wasted three months on their false promises. Very unprofessional. They kept stringing me along, saying they were about to start working on things, but delivered nothing. Not even my wife’s simple 1040 tax return. They won’t return a simple email and I’m now in a worse tax situation than when I started. Avoid using them.
