I contacted Kathleen in early 2018 as she'd been recommended to me to see if she'd do my taxes. She agreed, and I spoke to her later to confirm she could do my taxes as it was the first time I used her. At 10:30 pm on April 16th (taxes are due the 17th) she informed me she couldn't do my taxes; "it didn't 'feel right' to her body, and she always listens to her body." When I flipped she filed an extension for me (for free, all of 2 minutes of work on her part). Work with her at your own risk.
