Scott Hunzinger was responsive throughout the process, but ultimately unhelpful in resolving the issues he caused. He inaccurately reported my W-2 wages and failed to include my full address in the tax filings, which led to significant delays in fixing his error and receiving my return. Despite multiple attempts to point out these mistakes, his response was simply that there was nothing he could do. When I highlighted the errors, I received a generic response along the lines of “Sorry you’re not happy, we do our best,” without any accountability. Based on this experience, I would not recommend working with this CPA.
