I have been with this firm for over 8 years and when I first started with them they had great customer service. This has changed in the last year, they started to make a lot of mistakes such as forgetting to send me timely W2s for my employees at the end of the year and not following up for 6 months when my tax return they efiled got rejected, costing me extra in fines with IRS. They also did not give me adequate time to find a new processing service before telling me they can no longer handle that as they are too busy now. I will be filing a formal complaint against this business with DORA and BBB. I would never recommend this CPA to any business. Obviously, they have more clients than they can handle, so they can no longer provide quality services to anyone.
