Great personality, but unfortunately he does not communicate effectively or ask the right professional questions to get the information he needs to do his job. He handled my rental property tax return and was not efficient, having to be called multiple times about the return. After I reviewed the returns I had to "ask" him about things he failed to correct, like depreciation.
