We had contracted with Otwan Lowery to take care of our company, he did the Delaware franchise tax for us then disappeared completely. I had to recruit another CPA to do our IRS tax return filing 3 days before the deadline for payment of IRS.

We had contracted with Otwan Lowery (OJLowery, LLC) to take care of our company, he did the Delaware franchise tax and Form 1120 for us then disappeared completely. He does not respond to emails or calls. Now we do not know if I send the form 1120 to IRS. He is the worst CPA to be our first time we require this service. Regards, Pavel

If you value your time, money and corporation then do not... I repeat... DO NOT CONTRACT with Otwan Lowery or his firm (OJLowery, LLC). He took $600 from our corporation for filing Delaware franchise tax and Form 1120 Income Tax return. He only ended up filing the franchise tax and has run away with the money. He did not even bother to reply to multiple calls or emails or voicemails. We had to urgently hire someone else to do our tax filing (within only 3 days remaining for last tax filing date). Otwan would have cost us thousands of dollars in penalties had we not hired someone else within time.

He has taken money from a bunch of us small entrepreneurs with a promise to file our taxes and then went AWOL.

Disappeared after payment was made. Broke many deadlines, false promises. Basically scammed 4k+ USD from me.

I didn't have any of our accounting set up when I came to Otwan for our nonprofit taxes. He and Sonia worked with us to set up our books. Now we know how to put together a budget and can apply for grants.

The price was a bit higher than I expected at first. But then I did my research and realize nonprofit accounting can be a bit pricier than regular accounting. Overall, satisfied with the service Otwan and Sonia has done for us.
