I made an appointment with Mark after speaking with him at length about my identity fraud situation. We set an appointment. I gave him my SS #, birthdate, address etc. All my personal information. He then canceled the day of the appointment via email claiming to have called & left me a voicemail the night prior. There was no voicemail. He also stated in his email that “he was not going to help me out” As a businessman, accountant & tax preparer, you’re getting paid for a service and not “helping” He is dishonest, rude & unreliable
