Raffi was a priceless resource to our company when it had experienced tremendous growth. He guided us through very deep transitions that impacted the entire company and he did so with efficiency and professionalism. He really draws on the diversity of his experience and it shows in his attention to detail and his ability to foresee every probable outcome with regard to business and accounting decisions. Have worked with Raffi in 2 different engagements. In each of them, he has provided invaluable support as someone who is very capable at not only maintaining accounting but pulling together the pieces of a set of books which were poorly maintained when he arrived.
