1099 nec deductibles
I love your content!!!! I was wondering if I could possibly ask you a question ? I won a settlement of 40k last year the company that payed that settlement payed me $19500 as 1099 nec independent contractor and $6500 a w2 and $14000 for my lawyer fees. Can I deduct my lawyer fees on my 1099 as an expense ?
