Taxes when registering an out of state company in MA
I am thinking about opening a branch of my psychotherapy office in Massachusetts. If my company is registered in New York, and I want to expand by opening an office in Massachusetts, once I complete the registration of the out-of-state company, what quarterly taxes will I be responsible to pay to Massachusetts, if any?
