18 ACRE LAND SPLIT

Hello, we purchased 18 acres of AG zoned land in Linn County Iowa in 2021 for 375K and in 2023 split the parcel into an AG zoned 13 acre parcel and an AG zoned 5 acre parcel. If we sell the 13 acre lot for 500K can we invest all of the proceeds from the sale into a new home and buildings on the 5 acre lot without paying capital gains on the sale? Randy
