A recognized tax expert, Yan has nearly 15 years of public accounting experiences including more than 7 years serving as a Tax Director/Senior Tax Manager with two of top 6 global accounting firms. She advises both public and private clients on a range of complex tax and business matters. Her broad experience with corporate, pass-through, individual taxation and hands-on knowledge to complex, multifaceted issues, including multi-state and international taxation matters, is critical in guiding her clients through all stages of growth from start-up to a profitable exit strategy. She has many successful stories representing clients in the federal and state income tax examinations.
