Extremely unprofessional. Katherine does not return emails for weeks, sometimes months if even at all. Will tell you she is going to get something completed or get back to you and then you do not hear from her anymore. I have worked with several CPAs over the years and always could contact them throughout the year if there was a question and they would get back within a reasonable amount of time but this does not happen with Katherine; you get no help at all or you have to ask and ask for weeks if not months. When she does finally get back in touch there is never any explanation for the delay and she continues to ignore questions time and time again. It's like running in circles. It's unfortunate because she is very nice and has always done well on tax returns but as a business owner, it is very important for your accountant to be available when you have questions or need something completed and Katherine has proven to be completely unreliable in that area. Do yourself a favor and find an accountant that will be available for you and save yourself the headache and hassle.
