Beware of Pawan Bagaria. He forces small companies into paying after threatening legal action. Usually small business like ours does not want to spend money on legal fees so we paid whatever money he asked. We asked him to help with our taxes and file extension. He filled the extension but we received penalty for the same. When we called IRS, we were told that the Extension was not filed correctly. After the conversation in April he did not respond to many messages for almost the next 5 months(about 8 messages). We got our taxes done from some other firm as time was running out and the books preparation takes time. After that he sent us invoice and sent a legal notice to pay. Small businesses beware of this CPA!
