0 stars if it was an option. After paying him and having a meeting and gaining no information, he said that would come in our 2nd meeting when I brought documents and social security #s , I came for the 2nd and gave him all of our information and documents he asked for. When i asked if we would be having a meeting in an office instead of a lobby I was told he no longer had time to do my taxes. That could have been told to me before I showed up or gave him all my information. Poor communication skills. Don't give money upfront or personal information until you have a signed contract he will take you on. Very unprofessional.
