Mr Kempe has a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, minoring in mathematics, a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Accounting, and he passed the CPA examination in 1974. A former IRS agent, he is a member of the Ohio Society of CPA's and has taught tax and accounting courses at several colleges. He believes that transfering the maximum wealth to the client has to be his number one priority.
