The "professional" we used at Gerald O Dry made major mistakes on both our state and federal taxes, costing us $700 in additional tax preparation fees, thousands of dollars in back taxes, and nearly $2k in missed deductions. When we informed them of their mistakes, first they denied it, then they refused to refund the fee we paid them to prepare our taxes incorrectly.
