I worked under this individual. Mrs. Pham is obnoxious, abusive, condescending, and double faced. She is very good at what she does but considers everyone else who doesn't as clueless, slow, and projects your failure without even trying by using the following phrase " don't do it because you screw up" I am new Cpa and joined her company "BTQ' to learn more about non profit accounting but ended up with a major distaste for this profession due to her lack of coaching, guidance and respect. I hope her supervisors and herself realize that this kind of attitude doesnt belong to the "professional' culture that BTQ preaches to its staff.
