She has completely misrepresented herself to me and to the IRS and NY State treasury on my behalf. She has not gotten back to me on pressing matters in a timely manner. She is unprofessional and unhelpful, using things like "the weather" as an excuse for why she can't deliver the things she promises in a timely manner.
