Worst. After being with us for 1 year, left us with no notice during tax season. Simply sent an email 2 days before our January appointment quitting, never picked up the phone or replied to an email after that. She left us with unfinished Quickbooks data entry for the 2022 year, and now we cannot file taxes in a timely manner. Completely, totally unprofessional. Stay away!
