After reading many glorious reviews on facebook, we decided to have Melinda complete our tax returns last year. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. There were many mistakes made on our return, but we gave her the benefit of the doubt and asked if she would be able to file and amendment for us as well. Many more mistakes were made on our amendment. We will never go back and we would never recommend. We were understanding of mistakes made the first time around, but for even more mistakes to be made a second time around is unacceptable and unprofessional.
