Frank failed to properly file my tax, failed to process the tax payment, and he does not stand behind his service. What this failure has cost me financially and in troubles with the IRS, I'm embarrassed to say in public. He doesn't know how to file in multiple states, doesn't know know how to maximize anything, does not ask questions to ensure that you are doing things correctly. He doesn't even know how to use PDF functions well enough to get all your signatures, and this is what caused us to miss our payment last year. He does not review anything, nevermind double checking the filing. Anything missing? Well, that's ultimately the client's fault. He does what Turbo Tax does, but with far less accuracy. Does he take any responsibility for it? Nope. Press him to do his job properly, and he'll dodge all your calls. He is all in all, an utterly worthless CPA. I detest business review that just complains about small businesses, but this guy is a credible harm that the community needs to avoid.
