I had a very poor experience with this bookkeeper. She had done my books for 2 years. One day she had told me about a client relationship drama involving payment. This was after throwing a tantrum about me paying "late" (2 days after invoice). I managed to smooth her over with a retainer. After the retainer was depleted, she sends her invoice followed immediately by her demand to be paid, and that "maybe it would be better if I found someone else.". Very unprofessional. Her hand writing is terrible. Her strong accent is very difficult to understand, especially when it comes to confusing tax matters.
