Unethical and illegal in his practices, Jeff Wunderlich has wreaked his own special evil all over the Belmont Cragin neighborhood. Luckily his accounting office was forced to close but he still scams unwitting customers with fraudulent tax filings and disreputable real estate dealings. He stole hundreds of $$$ from tenants, including us, and referred to us as “faggots”. He insists on conducting business in cash without paperwork so he can swindle the IRS as well as the City/County. He allows rats to infest his properties and doesn’t keep up the buildings instead charging tenants for repairs he should absorb. He has offended and wronged every person in his path. Stay as far away as possible from this crook devoid of a conscience.
