After 25 years of experience with public accounting firms from a big four firm to a local firm I concluded that it was time to establish my own practice. I specialize in tax planning, specifically option exercise stratagies, estate and retirement planning and general tax planning. As do all CPAs I offer tax compliance services as well. I firmly believe that to be an expert in any field one must concentrate in that field. I therefor do not perform any audits in my practice. I have clients in many different areas including real estate, publishing and software developement.
