Not a good experience. Totally felt ripped off. I am young and have very simple taxes to file. I had been told that it might be better if I tried using a tax pro. I talked to Bryant who is really not the nicest person in the world to begin with. He charged me $350. After I was less than pleased with the results, I jumped on my H&R block account and plugged in all my info. Low and behold I got the same results. I could have done the exact same thing online for $25. I am partly mad at myself. But at the same time, I feel the ethical thing for him to do would have been to tell me he wasn't a good fit for what I was needing and point me in the right direction.
