He also holds financial services-related licenses including Real Estate Broker's license (CA Real Estate License # 01302678); Life Agent, Variable Contracts, Fire & Casualty Broker-Agent insurance licenses (CA Insurance License # 0B99983). He currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for The Richmond/Ermet AIDS Foundation, a non-profit organization in San Francisco benefiting AIDS charities.
