I hired Nowack as a result of a close friend's recommendation. We even attended the same university. Nowack ended up taking all my money and has disappeared. After repeated attempts to contact him, he won't return phone calls or respond to emails. Worse yet, I'm not the only customer who has had the same experience, either - check out Yelp for other customers' input. i want nothing to do with him or his services at this point. If he doesn't return my money, I will sue him and also report him to the California Board of Accountancy.
