BEWARE!! If there is a disagreement, Scott will show up at your office unannounced and threaten you. I have never known CPA's to threaten or make demands before. Although we declined to reply, he continued to insist and repeated that he was not being confrontational. He did not have to drive 45min to surprise us at our office to bully us on early Monday morning, because an email would have been fine. We will report this as unprofessional, harassment, and he has no authority to make such demands. We will report the event to his management. We would recommend that this company handles clients' matters professionally.
