Llc owner draw and s corp distribution
Applied for s corp in June 2021 wasn’t approved until October 2021 retro to January 2021. Owner draws for compensation to that point now look like shareholder distributions instead of compensation. Can this be fixed what if I’m audited and it looks as if my shareholder distributions are so high.
