BUYER BEWARE!!! Mr. Writtenberry worked with the HOA Board I am a member of for some time, but when we opted to switch to a property management company because of hostile communications from him as well as a high degree of unprofessionalism in other ways, he refused to transfer any of records back and refuses to transfer them to our property management company. This is not only further unprofessionalism, but also highly suspicious. What is he hiding? Why does he refuse to share our own payment records and information back to us? If our records are shared, I will consider removing this review. Until that time, ALL FUTURE CLIENTS BEWARE! SUPSICIOUS ACTIVITIES ARE AFOOT WITH THIS ACCOUNTANT.
