My building (at least for now, as I am actively working to replace them) uses Sharma for our booking keeping and accounting. They're a nightmare to deal with - I closed on an apartment in Oct 21 9It's now Sept 22) and instead of creating a new account they co-mingled my account with the prior owner who was deceased and kept trying to debit from his account resulting in late fees and other issues. It took months to stop the auto debit, primarily because Sharma couldn't be bothered to call back despite multiple attempts to contact them. I'm still dealing with the aftermath and the Vishnu Sharma the firm's namesake absolutely refused to speak with me, as I've had other issues that are still not resolved. DO NOT USE THEM
