Two years in a row, Mr Benjamin has sent me someone else's personal tax returns; likely because my former name is very similar to one ot his clients. I informed him of this error last year--twice--and never received a reply. This morning, I received the same family's forms. Once is an error--grave, but perhaps understandable. But ignoring TWO emails informing him of the error and then REPEATING the error the following year? Nope.
