Terrible experience! Lost our paperwork after having to redo it due to a refund he missed. Had our taxes for 6 mos and after numerous phones calls and being put off, picked up my "scanned copies" and took them to another CPA who completed them within 30 minutes. So glad I did as we are now getting $2400.00 back . We are so easy too - both my husband and I are on social security. NO EXCUSE1
