I had a miserable experience dealing with Mr. Satoorian. Vahik is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer service and doesn't really care for customer satisfaction. He was very unprofessional, unkind and rude at times. He nevere got back to me whether it was through email, voicemail, phone or even his secretary leaving him notes to call me. When he finally did reach out to me, he was very impatient and resisted answering any of my questions. In the end, he blunly told me "Why are you asking so many questions?" which amazed me. I am not a tax professional or an expert and so the reason why I hired him was because I had questions and wanted to be taken care of but he did not seem interested. I would highly NOT recommend you visiting Mr. Vahik Satoorian for any of your tax needs. His demeanor is horrible and behavior is atrocious. Stay far away and go seek accounting services elsewhere.
